Objectives from the annual report 2022

The main goal of the company is to increase the volume of production, to automate production, to strengthen its share on the domestic and foreign markets.

Every year, the management meets with the heads of individual departments, who, based on capacities and capabilities, set a joint plan in the areas of procurement, sales, production and quality. On the basis of approved management plans and investment plans, future needs for financial resources, personnel reinforcements or additional marketing activities are formed.

We set the following goals for the period 2022-2023, but due to the economic and political situation, we postponed them to the period 2024-2025:

Investment and environmental plan:

spatial investments: Increase in production and storage capacity – new 3,300 m2 production capacity and 3,300 m2 storage capacity
technological investments: replacement of the “cuttoff BHS line” and automation of output lines from the cardboard machine
environmental investments: replacement of more economical lighting in 2023

Economic plan:

increase of added value per employee to 41,000 euros
EBITDA growth to EUR 2.2 million
increase in sales on foreign markets to the level of 30% in the sales structure

Financial plan:

debt ratio of 3.5

Personnel plan:

internal and external training, encouraging employees to a system of continuous improvements and good suggestions

The FEFCO coding system

The FEFCO coding system, intended to determine packaging shapes, is the most standard way of selecting corrugated packaging. In 1952, an association for the promotion of corrugated cardboard and packaging materials was founded in Brussels. FEFCO’s mission is to promote the common interests of its members throughout Europe and to improve the image of the corrugated industry. FEFCO provides a variety of services, useful information and technical expertise to facilitate the work of its member companies. Publications of annual statistics are published annually and are available on their website: www.fefco.org

The page also has a catalog of Fefco codes, which makes it easier to find the appropriate type of packaging.

The most common type for transport packaging is Fefco 0201 and 0427 for E-commerce.

The policy and orientation of the company Eurobox d.o.o. is in accordance with the effort to ensure that our products and services are consistent with the requirements and expectations of customers, while at the same time we make sure that we use natural resources as little as possible and that we prevent environmental pollution. Corrugated cardboard is a product that, to a large extent, enables products to be highly recyclable and environmentally friendly.

Our environmental report lists all our improvements and plans for even greater optimization of the use of natural resources and care for our environment.

We commit to:

Maintain and continuously improve the system of quality management and environmental management according to the requirements of the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards,
for each year, we will set measurable annual goals according to processes and environmental protection goals that will be consistent with the context of the organization and the requirements of interested parties and will be monitored in an interdisciplinary manner and the effectiveness of the operation will be checked on an ongoing basis and the necessary preventive and corrective measures will be implemented,
take into account legislation and regulations when developing and manufacturing our products,
constantly take care of reducing environmental pollution by complying with compliance requirements.
